Privacy and Security

At GemShine we take the privacy of our customers very seriously. We only use our customer's information for our own administrative purposes and to make sure that the customer is safely receiving the item purchased. Under no circumstances will GemShine release your personal or corporate information to third parties.

We require certain information, such as your name, billing address, telephone number, email address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. Please note that we only ask for your telephone number in the unlikely case we urgently need to contact you for delivery purposes.

To insure the safe delivery to the right person, we will only deliver to your credit card's billing address. In exceptional cases we will consider sending it to your work address, if we can previously double-verify it. We will additionally ask you to provide a password of your choice you will quote to the delivery agent.
