Terms, Conditions, Guarantee

• You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.
  
• In some cases and for your own security, we will need a confirmation fax for the purchase. Once your credit card details are entered, we will email you a confirmation form for you to fill in.
  
• Forms of payment are bank wire, cheque or credit card. Please note that we do not accept payments over credit card above £2,000 or equivalent (€ or $ 3,000).
  
• If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough money in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed. Gemshine will have right to rescind and upon their election to do so, the order will be cancelled.
  
• If there are any changes to the details supplied you, it is your responsibility to inform Gemshine as soon as possible.
  
• Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
  
• Goods supplied remain the property of GemShine.com until paid for in full.
  
• A valid telephone number and address must be given to ensure delivery.
  
• You have a no-quibble money back guarantee. Should you wish to return the products, you can send it to GemShine.com within 30 days. Please call their Customer Services Department on 07092 083 897 or email info@gemshine.com immediately upon receipt of the product where their Customer Services Representatives will then talk you through the returns procedure.
  
• GemShine.com cannot however accept returns if the products have been personalised/customised in any way or the product has been unsealed or damaged by the purchaser.
  
• All goods to be returned are the responsibility of the member. It is recommended that - for your own protection - you should send the products back to GemShine.com using recorded/registered delivery.
  
• It is only when receive the item in its original state, that we will refund the necessary purchase price for the item. But then, we will do it immediately.
